Virgil Abloh, Louis Vuitton’s Men’s Artistic Director, pays homage to 1990s basketball mania in the new LV x NBA collection, a transversal celebration of pop culture, fashion and sports.

 

Adorned with its logos, the NBA insignia, and debossed with the Louis Vuitton Monogram – the limited-edition LV x NBA basketball is crafted by Wilson with premium composite material emulating the classic colour of basketballs and the leather traditionally used for the House’s luggage.

 

Arriving Summer 2021, the first-ever LV x NBA basketballs, produced by Wilson, will be available in both a life-size version as well as a small-scale collector’s item with a trunk-inspired hoop.
